Company formation

Review pathway →Secondary services
Services appear after the primary company-selection pathway and must state whether Shelf Consulting provides, coordinates or introduces the relevant professional.
Provider roles remain gated pending client confirmation. No service card below represents an approved professional engagement.
Services fall into three categories, and every service page states which one applies: provided directly by Shelf-Company.at, coordinated by Shelf-Company.at with an external professional, or an introduction to an independent regulated provider.
That distinction matters because several of these workstreams — tax, audit, legal and notarial work among them — are regulated activities in Austria. A provider that blurs the line between performing the work and coordinating it is creating a risk for the buyer.
Provider roles are still being confirmed. No service listed on this page represents an approved professional engagement, and no regulated service is claimed to be performed directly.Operational workstreams
The final service pages will use one of three labels: “Provided by”, “Coordinated by” or “Introduced partner”. Until the responsible provider is confirmed, the scope remains unpublished.

A first conversation is about business fit: what the company has to do, when it has to start, who will own and manage it, and whether acquiring an existing GmbH is genuinely the better route for you.
